Если заглянуть в сервис-мануал там черным по белому написано.
Engine serial number - На блоке цилиндров
Frame number (product identification number) - На раме (шильдик)
Из сервис манула Хонда 50 :
"
The
Product Identification Number is
stamped on a plate and attached to the
right stem bracket. The
Engine Serial
Number is stamped on the cylinder
block under the starter motor which is
located in the front of the engine.
"
