Чтобы не вдаваться в споры... возьмите на воду тестер и проверьте при работающем моторе заряд на стартовом и house акб.
Тут на форуме даже тема есть отдельная про 2й акб в лодке.
(Альтернатор (alternator) это генератор по-русски)
Думаю, вы имеете ввиду ACR (automatic charging relay).
